Shipping policy

All orders are captured and entered into our system within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).  You will receive an email acknowledgement of your order that will include an estimated time for fabrication of your sign and shipment of your order.  Once the order is processed and your sign is fabricated, you will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

 

All of our carved signs are “made-to-order” and hand-finished in our full-service fabrication and paint facility.  Typical completion timing for fabrication and paint finishing is approximately 2 – 3 weeks from time of order confirmation.  You will receive the estimated time of arrival with your order confirmation.

 

Domestic shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.  We use UPS Ground Shipping Service, unless otherwise requested by the client and tracking information is emailed to you when it becomes available. Domestic orders typically arrive within seven (7) business days, but can take up to 14 days.

 

In-store pickup - you can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 285 Warren Avenue, Silverthorne, Colorado 80498.  After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up. We will send you an email when your order is ready, along with instructions. Our in-store pickup hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

International Shipping:  We are not yet ready for international shipping, but hope to be ready for this soon.

How do I check the status of my order?  When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within the anticipated time, please contact us at info@carvedsigns.co  with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes:  We use UPS as our carrier.  UPS cannot deliver to a PO Box. If you cannot obtain a street address and instead use a PO Box, then the telephone number of the recipient must be on the label. A shipment addressed to a PO Box can experience delays, is not covered by any UPS service guarantees, and may incur an address correction surcharge.

If your products remain undelivered despite our delivery service provider making an attempt to deliver them, the delivery service provider will usually leave a notice or card at your address, with instructions on how you may collect your products, including a time limit for collection.

If our delivery service provider is unable to deliver your products, and such failure is your fault, and you do not collect your products from our delivery service provider within the relevant time limit, we may agree to arrange for re-delivery of the products, or you may collect your products at the nearest local post office; however, we reserve the right to charge you for the actual costs of re-delivery. An indicative list of the situations where a failure to deliver will be your fault is set out below:

(a)    you provided the wrong address for delivery;

(b)    there is a mistake in the address for delivery that was provided;

(c)    the address for delivery is not reasonably accessible;

(d)    the address for delivery cannot safely be accessed
