From the time your order is placed and processed, fabrication and painting of your beautiful custom sign will be approximately 2 – 3 weeks. We will email you an estimated time of completion at the time of your order.

Yes, the web site will provide you with detailed views of your sign showing the shape, size, colors and measurements – for your approval – before the order is finalized and before it is built.

Our state-of-the-art facilities are fully equipped and enable us to deliver stunning results with every sign we make. Our carved 3-Dimensional signs are cut from the highest quality High Density Urethane (HDU) material available. For signs, HDU is far BETTER THAN WOOD, due to its inherent qualities. It does not absorb moisture and it does not expand or contract in temperature extremes. As a result, it holds amazing paint finishes better and longer than any other material we have found.

Yes - items manufactured by The Carved Sign Store / House of Signs are guaranteed against defective workmanship in construction, assembly and installation for a period of one (1) year from the date of installation or purchase. Material and component manufacturers’ guarantees may also apply separately. Damage to signs or installations caused by Mother Nature (e.g. hail, lightning, wind, etc.) or other unanticipated external forces such as vandalism or accidents, are not covered by this Guarantee and shall be the responsibility of the Client. We reserve the right to void or deny any guarantee for Client's failure to follow any recommendations given by us, for the mistreatment of the signs, or for any alterations made by others to our signs or installations after delivery. For all guarantee-related questions or issues, please contact us directly.
